The safety of all of our students is always at the forefront of everything we do here at Hazelwood.  To ensure the safety of everyone, we ask that parents and guardians pay close attention to the parking lots rules when dropping off and picking up students.

East Wing Lot - the upper lot on the east wing of the school is for drop off and pick up of students with mobility issues only.  To use this lot, parents/guardians must have a wheelchair accessibility pass or a school access pass.  If you require a school pass, please see Mrs. Lethbridge.  Parents/guardians using the upper lot without a pass will be asked to move their cars to the lower lot.

Parking Lot - in the mornings one lane of traffic is formed. We ask that students exit the car as soon as the car is at the sidewalk in front of the school.  There is room for 4-5 cars to unload students at one time and this means the traffic moves quickly for easier flow.  After school, we form 3 lanes of traffic so students can be picked up efficiently.  We ask that parents ensure the third lane is not blocking traffic from moving.

We also ask that parents and guardians be respectful of school staff when they are doing parking lot duty.  Please remain mindful of the fact that we have 527 students to keep safe.  If we ask you to move your car, it is out of concern for all students.
